Given it is a roundabout and we are changing some of the <br /> striping to the modern standard, I feel it is best if we do the layout. He indicated they will be placing temporary <br /> markings that are reflective. Tim Miller felt opening the roadway to traffic at night once reflective temporary striping is <br /> down is appropriate.
