January 7, 2026 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8249 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,344,789.36 for the period December 6, 2025, through December 12, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8250 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$4,231,334.66 for the period December 13, 2025, through December 19, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8251 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,376,520.48 for the period December 20, 2025, through December 26, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8252 authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett <br />in the amount of $8,822,101.52 for the period November 1, 2025, through November 30, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8253 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,787,665.55 for the period ending December 13, 2025. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – CHANGE ORDER FOR SECURITY CAMERAS <br /> <br />To award and authorize the Mayor to sign the Change Order for security cameras and <br />installation services from CDW-Government LLC, using the King County Directors’ Association <br />(KCDA) Contract #022-G/City of Everett contract #2022-073 in the amount of $14,521.00, not <br />including Washington state sales tax. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION AWARD – RRFB PEDESTRIAN SAFETY PROJECT <br /> <br />To award the Construction Contract for the RRFB Pedestrian Safety Project to Earthwork <br />Solutions LLC in the amount of $715,108.86. <br /> <br />AWARD – 2026 VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT PURCHASES <br /> <br />To award and authorize 2026 Vehicle and Equipment Replacement Purchases from the lowest- <br />priced, best available source through competitively bid cooperative contracts.
