Any dividends or financial <br />returns from either of these programs will be forwarded to the Association. <br /> <br />25.6 Paid Family Medical Leave Insurance Program (WPFML) <br /> <br />25.6.1 The City has chosen and been approved to conduct a voluntary WPFML program <br />and will not deduct premiums from the employee for this program. The City <br />reserves the right to move to the State plan in the future and start taking <br />employee’s share of the WPFML premium as established in RCW. If the City <br />changes to the State WPFML plan, the City agrees to negotiate the decision and <br />impacts of any change. <br />
