<br /> <br /> <br />EVERETT POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION <br />PAGE 4 <br /> <br /> <br />ARTICLE 4 - ASSOCIATION SECURITY <br /> <br /> <br />4.1 Union Shop. <br /> <br />4.1.1 The City recognizes that bargaining unit members of the Association may, at their <br />discretion, become members of the Association. <br /> <br />4.2 New Bargaining Unit Employees. <br /> <br />4.2.1 The City shall provide the Association with the name, address, and telephone <br />number of all new bargaining unit employees. As soon as practicable, but no <br />more than thirty (30) days from the employee’s start date within the bargaining <br />unit, the City shall provide an opportunity for the Association to meet w ith new <br />bargaining unit employees to discuss Association membership. <br /> <br /> <br />
