Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />3B 4 W Marine View <br />Drive/Terminal Ave <br />Intersection Improvements at W <br />Marine View Dr/Terminal Ave <br />intersection – Northbound left <br />4 1 41st Street/Rucker <br />Avenue <br />Intersection Improvements at 41st <br />St/Rucker Ave intersection - <br />Westbound right <br />This scope will conduct preliminary and final design engineering for construction of the <br />Phase 2 preferred concept. <br />The scope will also provide final design engineering for signal improvements located at <br />two additional intersections: California Street/West Marine View Drive and 41st <br />Street/Colby Avenue. <br />In addition, this scope will evaluate the existing pavement along West Marine View <br />Drive between Pacific Avenue and Terminal Avenue to provide pavement rehabilitation <br />for freight traffic. This includes upgrade of the curb ramps to meet current ADA <br />standards at the following intersections: <br />•Terminal Ave/West Marine View Dr/Everett Ave (SR 529) <br />•Hewitt Avenue/West Marine View Dr <br />•Wall Street/West Marine View Dr <br />•Pacific Avenue/West Marine View Dr <br />•California Street/West Marine View Dr <br />•41st Street/Colby Avenue <br />The project is funded by the State of Washington’s Connecting Washington funding <br />package passed in 2015.
