Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />Task 14 – Intermediate Design (60%) PS&E Submittal <br />This task includes preparation of construction plans, specifications outline, and an <br />opinion of cost estimate based on the comments received from the City on the 30% <br />submittal deliverables. <br />Response to 30% Comments <br />Consultant will attend one (1) comment review meeting with City staff and provide the <br />City with written responses to the City’s comments. Responses will be provided on the <br />comment documents provided by the City. <br />60% Plans <br />Consultant design team will prepare 60% design level construction plans and submit <br />them to the City. The plans will be prepared to a level of competency presently <br />maintained by practicing professionals in the field of transportation engineering in the <br />Puget Sound Region. <br />It is anticipated that the 60% plans will consist of the following sheets: <br />• Cover Sheet with Vicinity Map and Sheet Index <br />• Survey Control, Alignment, and ROW Plan <br />• Site Preparation Plan <br />• Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control (TESC) Plan <br />• Typical Roadway Sections <br />• Paving Plan and Profile <br />• Curb Ramp and Driveway Details <br />• Drainage Plan and Profile <br />• Drainage Details <br />• Utility Plan <br />• Traffic Signal Plan <br />• Lighting and ITS Plan <br />• Striping Plan <br />• Landscape Plan <br />• Retaining Wall Plan
