Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />Task 17 – Ad-Ready Contract Documents <br />Consultant design team will finalize the 100% plans, specifications, and opinion of cost <br />estimate based on the City’s comments and prepare final, Ad-ready, bid documents to <br />be submitted to City for advertisement. <br />Response to 100% Comments <br />Consultant will attend one (1) comment review meeting with City staff and provide the <br />City with written responses to the City’s comments. Responses will be provided on the <br />comment documents provided by the City. It is assumed that 100% review comments <br />will be minor in nature and not reflect any changes to the design. <br />Ad-Ready PS&E <br />Consultant design team will prepare final, Ad-ready plans, specification, and opinion of <br />cost estimate for advertisement by the City. Final PS&E deliverables submitted to the <br />City will be stamped and signed by the appropriate professional in the State of <br />Washington. <br />Ad-Ready Specification Outline <br />Consultant design team will prepare final, Ad-ready level specifications based upon the <br />100% design using the WSDOT PSE Program (run-list with individual specifications <br />files). The Consultant will address applicable 100% review comments and make <br />revisions as necessary. <br />Ad-Ready Opinion of Cost Estimate <br />Consultant design team will calculate final, Ad-ready design level quantities and prepare <br />an opinion of construction costs based upon the Ad-ready construction plans and <br />current unit bid prices. Consultant will address applicable 100% review comments and <br />make revisions as necessary. <br />Ad-Ready QA/QC of Deliverables <br />An internal Consultant quality assurance/quality control review of deliverables will be <br />conducted prior to submittal to the City, as well as confirmation that comments received <br />have been addressed. A record of comments received will be maintained. Response to <br />each comment received will be tracked to confirm that they have been addressed. <br />Assumptions: <br />• The fee effort for this task assumes the City will provide one (1) set of compiled <br />and consolidated comments reflective of all City comments from the 100% <br />submittal. It is assumed that pre-final review comments will be minor in nature <br />and not reflect any changes to design. If additional comments are made, or if any <br />comments are made that alter the design, and it is determined that addressing
