Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />Task 22 – Bidding Support Services <br />In this task the design team will provide bid support services that encompass activities <br />like addressing a reasonable number of bidder’s inquiries. For the purposes of this <br />scope of work, "reasonable" is defined as 12 Request for Information (RFIs) and <br />Clarifications for bidding purposes and will assist the City on up to two (2) bid <br />Addendum packages. <br />Assumptions: <br />• The City will take the lead in fielding and responding to Contractor’s inquiries <br />during the bidding period. <br />• Addendum will be prepared by the City, with Consultant’s assistance, and issued <br />to the bidders by the City. <br />• This task assumes a total of 72 hours for RFIs and Addendum package <br />assistance. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Response preparation of up to12 RFIs <br />• Assistance with up to two (2) Addendum packages <br />
