Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />• Project area postcard (1) <br />• Public correspondence log (1) <br />Fieldwork, pre-acquisition, and right-of-entry coordination <br />for pre-construction <br />The consultant will support communication needs for geotechnical borings, surveys, <br />environmental investigations, or other fieldwork activities, as requested. <br />Assumptions: <br />• The consultant will develop one fieldwork notification template and update it for <br />specific fieldwork activities and locations. <br />• City will be responsible for any translation, or in-person interpretation needs. <br />• Consultant will be responsible for printing flyers. <br />• Up to two consultant staff will deliver door-to-door notifications, as requested. For <br />safety, no less than two individuals will conduct door-to-door outreach. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Fieldwork notification flyer template for business and residences (1) <br />Outreach summaries <br />Consultant will prepare an outreach summary report following large project milestones <br />that involved substantial public involvement, as needed. The summaries will include the <br />outreach approach and methods used, what we heard from stakeholders and the <br />community, how feedback influenced the solutions. <br />Assumptions: <br />• One summary will be produced after the design phase. <br />• Each summary will include two rounds of client review. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Outreach summaries (1) <br /> <br />
