January 21, 2026 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />There were no members of the public to speak. <br /> <br /> <br />GUEST PRESENTATION <br /> <br /> Mukilteo School District Levy and Bond Presentation <br />Presented by John Poolman and Shelly Henderson, Mukilteo School <br />District <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Several Council members welcomed the new firefighters. <br /> <br />Council Member Burbano commented on an email received from a member of the public. <br /> <br />Council Member Bader commented on his attendance at the Puget Sound Regional Council <br />Growth Management Policy Board and Transportation Advisory Committee meetings. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne commented on her attendance at the Martin Luther King Jr. event at Carl <br />Gipson Center on Monday and the Lowell and Valley View Neighborhood meetings. <br /> <br />President Schwab commented on his attendance at the Boulevard Bluffs and View Ridge <br />Neighborhood meetings and the Library Board meeting on Tuesday evening. President Schwab <br />also announced the Council retreat will be January 31 at the Everett Station Weyerhaeuser Room <br />from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson commented on the upcoming Council retreat. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />
