January 21, 2026 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8256 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$3,460,865.23 for the period of December 20, 2025, through December 26, 2025. <br /> <br />LICENSES- PIPELINE FOR PORT GARDNER STORAGE FACILITY CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign BNSF Pipeline Licenses 25W-24305, 25W-24307, 25W-24309, <br />and 25W-24310 for Port Gardner Storage Facility construction. <br /> <br />LICENSE – WATER MAIN AT SR5 NEAR E GRAND AVENUE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the License Agreement with BNSF for a water main license at <br />SR5 near E Grand Avenue. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - MERRILL AND RING CREEK BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 with David Evans and Associates, Inc for the <br />Merrill and Ring Creek Bridge Replacement Project. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND 1095-C REPORTING PLATFORMS <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the PlanSource Service Agreement to implement PlanSource <br />products. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2512-91 <br /> <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br />
