o Repair and restore the artist’s signature and title at the base of the sculpture <br />as necessary. <br />5.Reinstallation <br />o Coordinate with City of Everett Public Works for return transport and <br />reinstallation of the sculpture at its original location. <br />o Provide on-site guidance as needed to ensure proper placement and <br />stability. <br />City Responsibilities <br />The City of Everett, through its Public Works Department, will assist with removal, loading, <br />transport coordination, and reinstallation of the sculpture. <br />Deliverables <br />•Fully restored and structurally reinforced sculpture. <br />•Sculpture returned to its original location and safely reinstalled. <br />•Artwork refinished to closely match its original design and appearance. <br />Schedule <br />All work described in this Scope of Work shall be completed no later than March 31, 2026, <br />unless otherwise amended in writing by the City of Everett. <br />Compensation and Payment Terms <br />Total compensation for all labor, materials, equipment, and services described in this <br />Scope of Work shall not exceed $10,000, to be paid as follows: <br />•50% ($5,000) upon submission of progress photographs demonstrating that repairs, <br />structural reinforcement, and refinishing work are underway or completed to the <br />City’s satisfaction. <br />•50% ($5,000) upon delivery of the restored sculpture and final approval and sign-off <br />by the City of Everett following reinstallation. <br />Payment is contingent upon satisfactory performance of work in accordance with this <br />Scope of Work.
