This unit price bid item includes all costs <br />associated with performing the work as described. <br /> Sawcutting Rigid Pavement <br />Measurement and Payment: Linear Foot Inch (LFI) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. This unit price bid item includes all costs <br />associated with performing the work as described. <br /> Sawcutting Flexible Pavement <br />Measurement and Payment: Linear Foot Inch (LFI) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. This unit price bid item includes all costs <br />associated with performing the work as described. <br /> Roadway Excavation, Incl. Haul <br />Measurement and Payment: Cubic Yard (CY) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. This unit price bid item includes all costs <br />associated with this work, including excavating, loading, placing or otherwise disposing of the material. <br />Excavation necessary for construction of the Lenora Stormwater Treatment Facility, site access road <br />and areas in the graveled areas on the south side of the SW treatment facility shall be paid for under <br />bid item Grading and Shaping – SW Treatment Site and will not be paid for under this bid item. <br /> Remove Unsuitable Foundation Material <br />Measurement and Payment: Cubic Yard (CY) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. Unit price per cubic yard for pipe foundation <br />excavation that is below the roadway and trail excavation limits shown on the Plan sections or at the <br />Engineer’s direction. This item includes all costs incurred for excavating, loading, hauling and disposing <br />of the material. The Contract bid item quantity listed for this item is to provide a Common Proposal for <br />Bidders. In accordance with Section 1-04.6, no cost adjustments will be made for any variation in the <br />bid item quantities. <br /> Replace Unsuitable Foundation Material <br />Measurement and Payment: Cubic Yard (CY) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The unit contract price per cubic yard for Replace <br />Unsuitable Foundation Material shall be full payment for the costs incurred for excavating, loading, <br />hauling, placing, and compacting material. This bid item will only be paid when suitable material is not <br />available from other parts of the job. The Contract bid item quantity listed for this item is to provide a <br />Common Proposal for Bidders. In accordance with Section 1-04.6, no cost adjustments will be made <br />for any variation in the bid item quantities. <br /> Grading and shaping – SW Treatment Site
