<br />Lenora Regional SW Facility Division P – Proposal Nov. 2025 <br />Work Order # UP3792 SP - lii <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. Unit price per lump sum shall be full <br />compensation for furnishing all tools labor, equipment, and material to install, construct, finish and <br />perform the work as specified and indicated on the drawings including but not limited to concrete, <br />reinforcement, forms, overlay slabs and access “chimneys”, grouting, sealing, channelization and other <br />work necessary to construct the concrete structure as indicated on the drawings and these <br />specifications. Concrete structures also includes furnishing and installation of access hatches and <br />lockable solid lid covers, furnishing and installation of stainless steel plate covering the 24” effluent pipe. <br />Crushed base for the base leveling pad will be paid for under the Crushed Surfacing Top Course bid <br />item and no separate payment will be made. <br />Installation of fabric and trench drains, or other separation and drain items are considered part of the <br />Concrete Structure and no separate payment will be made. <br />Payment for weep hole work shall be considered incidental to the total work. <br /> Reinforced Conc. Walls – Stormwater Facility <br /> Reinforced Conc. Walls – Viewing Platform <br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS). <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. Unit price per lump sum for bid items 34 & 35 <br />shall be full compensation for furnishing all tools labor, equipment, and material to install, construct, <br />finish and perform the work as specified and indicated on the structural and civil drawings and Division <br />6 of the Contract specifications including but not limited to concrete, reinforcement, forms, overlay slabs <br />and grouting, sealing, channelization, concrete banding and all wall finishing, colorization, anti-graffiti <br />and coatings (not specifically listed under Concrete Wall Treatment bid item) and other work necessary <br />to construct the Lenora Stormwater Facility reinforced concrete walls and channel structures as <br />indicated on the drawings and these specifications. Fabric and trench drains, weep hole work, or other <br />separation and drain items are considered part of the Concrete Structure and no separate payment will <br />be made. The work also includes construction of the wall drain in accordance with Structural drawings, <br />Civil Drawings, and WSDOT standard plan D-4, and Contract specifications. Crushed base for the base <br />leveling pad and gravel backfill for wall construction will be paid for under their respective bid items and <br />no separate payment will be made. Ground improvements, where not specifically called out or listed <br />under a separate bid item shall be included and no separate payment will be made. <br /> Concrete Wall Treatment <br />Measurement and Payment: Square Foot (SF) <br />Measurement shall be per square foot face of wall treatment and shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. <br />The unit price shall be full compensation for furnishing all tools labor, equipment, and material to <br />construct the form liner finished concrete face finish and perform the work as indicated on the structural <br />and landscape drawings and of the Contract specifications. <br />Construction of the 4” concrete banding will be paid for under the Reinforced Concrete Wall bid items <br />and is not included with this item. <br /> Storm Sewer Pipe 8 IN.
