<br />Lenora Regional SW Facility Division P – Proposal Nov. 2025 <br />Work Order # UP3792 SP - lv <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />Measurement and Payment: Each (EA) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The bid item includes all costs associated with <br />furnishing the tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary or incidental to install a complete <br />pretreatment structure system. This item includes pavement or concrete surfacing removal, excavation, <br />furnishing and final adjustment of the cover, outlet and associated items, backfill and compaction of <br />selected materials around the structure, cleaning structure, and restoration of adjacent areas in a <br />manner acceptable to the Engineer. This item includes interim adjustments as may be required, <br />protection of the structures, cleaning structure, surfacing and restoration of adjacent areas including <br />pavement patching (if not covered by other bid items) in a manner acceptable to the Engineer. The <br />costs shall include O&M documents, activation and first year’s inspection and maintenance by the <br />manufacturer. <br /> Connect Storm Pipe to Ex. MH, CB <br />Measurement and Payment: Each (EA) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The unit bid price per each shall be full payment <br />for furnishing the tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the connection, including <br />providing and installing the tee or saddle, and the necessary elbows and fittings and cleaning related <br />existing structure or existing pipe involved in the connection. <br />Connection of new pipe to new drainage structures is included in the price of the new structure. <br /> Connect Storm Pipe to Ex. Pipe <br />Measurement and Payment: Each (EA) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The unit bid price per each shall be full payment <br />for furnishing the tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the connection, including <br />providing and installing the tee or saddle, and the necessary connectors, elbows and fittings and <br />cleaning related existing pipe involved in the connection. <br /> Trench Excavation, Incl Haul <br />Measurement and Payment: Cubic Yard (CY) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The unit cost shall include the labor and materials <br />necessary to perform the work as specified and includes excavation, temporary stockpiling, <br />draining/drying excavated material that is suitable for re-use as backfill, haul, and disposal of excess or <br />unsuitable material or both. <br /> Remove Unsuitable Pipe Foundation Material <br />Measurement and Payment: Cubic Yard (CY) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. Unit price per cubic yard for pipe foundation <br />excavation that is below the pipe excavation limits shown on the Plan sections, at the Engineer’s <br />direction. This bid item includes all costs associated with preparation, excavation, haul, and stockpiling <br />including: <br />1. Excavation below the defined pipe trench foundation to the line and depth as directed by the <br />Engineer.
