<br />Lenora Regional SW Facility Division P – Proposal Nov. 2025 <br />Work Order # UP3792 SP - liv <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />12. Trench excavation bedding and backfill will be paid for under other bid items and are not included <br />in this Work. <br />Partial Payments will be made for the per linear foot pipe contract price as follows: <br />1. A total of 15% of the total bid cost will be made based upon required material submittal and <br />acceptance and procurement of the pipe. Payment will be prorated on a per LF basis of pipe <br />procured to the total pipe quantity. <br />2. A total of 25% of the total bid cost will be made for delivery to the project or approved staging <br />and storage area, inspection and acceptance of the pipes, and inspection and approval of the <br />material storage method and location, by the Engineer. <br />3. The remainder of the payment will be made per linear foot of installed pipe for completion of <br />installation, testing and acceptance, CCTV inspections, and flushing and cleaning of the lines of <br />the installed pipes as described above. <br /> Manhole 48 IN. DIA., Type 3 <br /> Manhole 72 IN. DIA., Type 3 <br /> Manhole 96 IN. DIA., Type 3 <br />Measurement and Payment: Each (EA) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The bid item includes all costs associated with <br />furnishing the tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary or incidental to install a manhole, <br />including frame and cover. This item includes pavement or concrete surfacing removal, excavation, <br />furnishing and final adjustment of the intake or cover frame or assembly, outlet traps, connection of the <br />storm sewer pipe (including connector), channelization and controlled density fill, backfill and <br />compaction of selected materials around the structure, cleaning structure, and restoration of adjacent <br />areas in a manner acceptable to the Engineer. This item includes interim adjustments as may be <br />required, protection of the structures, cleaning structure, surfacing and restoration of adjacent areas <br />including pavement patching (if not covered by other bid items) in a manner acceptable to the Engineer. <br /> Catch Basin 48 In. Dia., Type 1 <br /> Catch Basin 48 In. Dia., Type 2 <br />Measurement and Payment: Each (EA) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The bid item includes all costs associated with <br />furnishing the tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary or incidental to install a catch basin, <br />including frame and grate. This item includes pavement or concrete surfacing removal, excavation, <br />furnishing and final adjustment of the intake or grate, outlet traps, connection of the storm sewer pipe <br />(including connector), channelization and controlled density fill, backfill and compaction of selected <br />materials around the structure, cleaning structure, and restoration of adjacent areas in a manner <br />acceptable to the Engineer.
