<br />Lenora Regional SW Facility Division P – Proposal Nov. 2025 <br />Work Order # UP3792 SP - lx <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />Measurement shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The unit cost shall be full compensation for <br />furnishing all tools, equipment, labor and materials necessary to install the adjustable weirs, stoplog <br />weirs, and sluice gates including fittings, seals, brackets, fasteners, bolts, guides and appurtenances <br />required to perform the work as specified. Payment shall also include flow testing the treatment <br />facility to confirm the weir and flow split perform as detailed on the plans and specifications. <br /> Wall Mounted Hinged Grate <br />Measurement and Payment: Each (EA) <br />Measurement shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The unit cost shall be full compensation for <br />furnishing all tools, equipment, labor and materials necessary to procure or fabricate and install the <br />wall mounted hinged grate including fittings, bolts, anchors, and sealant, and appurtenances required <br />to perform the work as specified. Payment shall also include furnishing and installing a locking <br />mechanism for the grate. <br /> Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead <br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The unit price for Erosion and Sediment Control <br />(TESC) Lead shall be full compensation for the Project Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Lead <br />as outlined in Section 8-01.3(1)B and in accordance with Washington Department of Ecology and local <br />agency requirements. <br /> Erosion/Water Pollution Control <br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. Work performed under this bid item will be as <br />shown on the plans and project Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), or as directed by the <br />Engineer. <br />1. Erosion/Water Pollution Control shall constitute full compensation for all labor, materials, tools <br />and equipment necessary and incidental to maintenance and removal of the temporary erosion <br />and sedimentation control (TESC) facilities to prevent pollution, erosion, siltation, and damage <br />to any wetland, stream, other watercourse, or surrounding property throughout the life of the <br />Contract. TESC facilities shall include (but is not limited to) required monitoring and <br />maintenance of any cover measures, runoff control measures, soil and site stabilization <br />measures, silt fence, high visibility fencing, street cleaning and sweeping, stabilized construction <br />entrance, tire wash, wattles, and inlet protection measures for the work area and downstream <br />areas. <br />2. The TESC measures shall limit the erosion possibility by covering disturbed soils, preventing <br />sloughing or raveling of cut and natural slopes, and controlling surface runoff from flowing into <br />excavations using measures such as curbs, berms, dikes, rock-lined ditches, silt fence, and high <br />visibility fence and other approved measures. <br />3. Covering stockpiled material will be considered incidental to the excavation bid items and is not <br />a part of this work. <br />4. Update and maintain the project TESC plans and SWPPP documents until the project is <br />complete and disturbed areas stabilized and re-established. <br /> TESC Treatment System
