husband and wife <br />Exhibit A to Lease Assignment and Assumption <br />and length of term for tenants with similar credit standing as Tenant. Within sixty (60) days after <br />Tenant has notified Landlord of its intent to exercise said Option, Landlord and Tenant shall make <br />a good faith effort to agree upon the projected FMRR of the Premises to be effective as of the <br />beginning of said Option, which shall then be the new rental rate, and the parties hereto shall enter <br />into an amendment to the Lease setting forth the FMRR as the rental rate for the Option. If the <br />parties are unable to agree on the projected FMRR at the end of said sixty (60) day period, then <br />either party may elect to rescind in writing said exercised Option to extend the Lease. <br />4. CONFIRMATION.
