Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br /> <br />The project scope and fees listed below outline the work necessary to complete the <br />tasks as outlined above. <br /> <br />FEE BREAKDOWN: <br />Structural Repairs $12,900.00 <br />PERMIT & CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS $6,500.00 <br />BIDDING $2,400.00 <br />CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION $1,500.00 <br />STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING $2,500.00 <br />REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES $ 500.00 <br />TOTAL ESTIMATED FEE AMOUNT $13,400.00 <br />DESIGN CONTINGENCY FEE (IF REQUIRED) <br />Additional Services that may be needed based upon any issues that surface during the <br />design and construction of the project as approved Only In Writing and signed by the <br />authorized City representative: <br />TOTAL CONTINGENCY FEE $ 3,000.00 <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br />TOTAL FEE $16,400.00 <br />Notes: <br />1. The fees quoted above for 2812 architecture are for the services as outlined. <br />They are quoted as hourly not to exceed fees and will be billed based on the work <br />completed at each monthly billing period and will be based on our hourly rates below. <br />2. Additional services beyond those outlined above will be billed at our standard <br />hourly rates on an "as required" or "as requested by Owner" basis, in addition to the <br />fees quoted. Should the need for additional services arise you will be notified prior to us <br />proceeding with the work. <br />3. If additional consultants are needed, we will assist with obtaining such <br />consultants. Consultant fees not noted are not included in this proposal. <br /> <br />2812 architecture Standard Hourly rates: <br />Principal Architect $210.00/hr <br />Associate Architect $175.00/hr <br />Project Manager $140.00/hr <br />Staff Designer/ AutoCAD Technician $120.00/hr
