February 11, 2026 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:3.0 p.m., February 11, <br />2026, by President Schwab. <br /> <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Zarlingo, Burbano, Tuohy, Weir, Bader, Rhyne <br />and President Schwab were present.
