February 11, 2026 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8262 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$2,036,596.11 for the period of January 24, 2026, through January 30, 2026. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8263 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,902,730.36 for the period ending January 24, 2026. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – GARFIELD PARK PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />To award and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract for the purchase of playground <br />equipment and installation from Great Western Recreation using the King County Directors’ <br />Association contract #22-315/City of Everett contract #2022-069 in the amount of $851,254.83, <br />including Washington state sales tax. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – ANIMAL SHELTER HVAC CONTROLS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8264 closing a Special Improvement Project, entitled “Animal Shelter <br />HVAC Controls Update,” Fund 342, Program 049, as established by Ordinance No. 4073-25. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – ASSET MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PHASE 1 <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the 2026 Professional Services Agreement with Brown and <br />Caldwell for Asset Management Program – Phase 1. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – CULMBACK BUILDING POLICE PROPERTY ROOM RELOCATION <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8265 closing a Special Improvement Project, entitled “Culmback <br />Building Police Property Room Relocation,” Fund 342, Program 035, as established by <br />Ordinance 3906-22. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
