February 11, 2026 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2601-03 <br /> <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a Special Improvement Project, entitled “Downtown <br />Streetscapes Planting Renovation,” Fund 354, Program 110, to accumulate all costs for <br />the project <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Bader, that this is declared to <br />be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2601-03. <br /> <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk was directed to call roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> <br />AYES: Zarlingo, Burbano, Tuohy, Rhyne, Bader, Schwab <br /> NAYES: None <br /> ABSENT: Weir <br /> <br /> Ordinance 4159-26 adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Council recessed to the Executive Session at 7:05 p.m. The Executive Session began at 7:06 p.m. <br />and ended at 7:16 p.m. Council reconvened at 7:17 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />SETTLEMENT – WORKER’S COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to authorize the <br />Mayor to execute a settlement agreement for a Worker’s Compensation claim by former police <br />officer Bronwyn Wallace in the amount of $410,000. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
