February 4, 2026 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Zarlingo who was <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Everett Station District Alliance BIA Ratepayer Advisory Board <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to concur with the <br />following appointments to the Everett Station District Alliance BIA Ratepayer Advisory Board: <br /> <br />• Tyler Botz - term expiring 12/31/2028 <br />• Mary Anne Dillon - term expiring 12/31/2028 <br />• Lori Fox - term expiring 12/31/2028 <br />• John Hull - term expiring 12/31/2028 <br />• Jenny Tsinker - term expiring 12/31/2028 <br />• Mike Schmieder - term expiring 12/31/2028 <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Zarlingo who was <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Transportation Advisory Committee <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Rhyne to appoint the <br />following members to the Transportation Advisory Committee: <br /> <br />• Jeff Valluzzi, Pos #1- term expiring 12/31/2031 <br />• Matthew Frazier, Pos #4 – term expiring 12/31/2028 <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Zarlingo who was <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />Mayor Franklin welcomed Wendy Poischbeg, Everett Chamber of Commerce, and Tyler Chism, <br />Economic Development, to provide an Everett Chamber of Commerce update. <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin also reminded community members to vote in next week’s elections. <br />
