February 4, 2026 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson provided an overview of the 2025 CHIP grant on <br />tonight’s consent agenda and provided a legislative update with some highlights on key bills. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8259 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$8,113,721.05 for the period of January 17, 2026, through January 23, 2026. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8260 authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett <br />in the amount of $9,405,495.71 for the period of December 1 through December 31, 2025. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - 2026-2035 WATER SUPPLY FORUM <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the 2026-2035 Water Supply Forum Interlocal Agreement. <br /> <br />BID AWARD - EVERETT STATION HVAC AND CONTROLS IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />To award the Construction Contract for the Everett Station HVAC and Controls Improvements <br />to Apex Mechanical LLC in the amount of $1,938,636. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - FIREWALL NETWORK APPLIANCES <br /> <br />To award and authorize the Mayor to sign quote #AJT277942 & #KB281024 with CompuNet, <br />Inc. from the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract #05819/COE <br />#2020-074, as well as additional related expenses in 2026. <br />
