CITY OF EVERETT BID SET <br />EVERETT STATION HVAC AND CONTROLS IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT NO. 24-3201 <br /> <br />01 31 19 -3 PROJECT MEETINGS <br /> <br /> Prepare a 2-week look ahead schedule showing where crews will be working, activities, and any <br />process that affects the ability of the Owner to use their space. <br /> Preside at meetings. <br /> Record minutes; include all significant proceedings and decisions. <br /> Reproduce and distribute copies of minutes within three (3) days of each meeting to all meeting <br />participants. <br /> Ascertain that work is prosecuted consistently with contract documents and construction <br />schedules. <br /> SUGGESTED AGENDA: <br /> Review and approve minutes of previous meeting. <br /> Review work progress since previous meeting. <br /> Review plans for progress for succeeding work period. <br /> Review construction schedule. <br /> Present corrective measures and procedures to regain project schedule, as applicable. <br /> Present field observations, problems, and conflicts. <br /> Discuss problems impeding progress schedule. <br /> Review Quantity Control. <br /> Review submittal schedules; present methods to expedite as required. <br /> Review off-site fabrication. <br /> Review delivery schedules. <br /> Coordinate work. <br /> Review proposed changes for: <br /> Effect on construction schedule and on completion date. <br /> Effect on any other contracts of the project. <br /> Review draft of application for payment (at end of month). <br /> Review required revisions to project record documents. <br /> Review project safety. <br /> Review any other business.
