These meetings shall take place following the regular progress meetings or as <br />agreed. Contractor is responsible to schedule and administer these meetings. <br /> Suggested Meetings: <br /> Construction Area Access. <br /> Demolition. <br /> Concrete. <br /> Storm Drainage <br /> Synthetic Turf <br /> Irrigation <br /> Attendees: <br /> Architect and Architect's consultants as appropriate. <br /> Contractor's Superintendent. <br /> Subcontractor as appropriate. <br /> Foreman supervising work. <br /> Others as appropriate. <br /> Agenda: <br /> Submittals-Approved? Review contract requirements. <br /> Materials-available and ready for use. <br /> Persons responsible for work. <br /> Test-required tests, who samples and how often?
