Category 2: Sensitive information <br />information pertaining to such Site such as its availability, ownership status and/or applicable <br />easement rights, availability of utilities, and Licensor s plans for usage of the Site to the extent <br />available, and subject to change without notice. <br />Any further request for more detailed information, site inspection(s), and/or submittal of a <br />proposed SLA regarding such Site shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable Application Fee <br />in the amount set forth in Exhibit B, which shall cover the average Licensor costs of <br />processing such request for site availability, including one site inspection by Licensee or <br />representatives, preparation of additional information, and/or proposed SLA. Licensee <br />requests to modify existing Communications Facilities shall be accompanied by a <br />nonrefundable Application Fee in the amount set forth in Exhibit B, which shall also cover <br />the average Licensor costs to prepare cost estimates, obtain necessary permits, determine <br />construction needs, and other miscellaneous costs related to such modifications. <br />FCC licenses are to be provided by Licensee and are not the responsibility of Licensor to <br />obtain. <br />5.3 ADJUSTMENT OF FEES <br />The Annual Fee and Application Fee for a Site will be adjusted as provided on Exhibit B <br />5.4 OTHER REIMBURSABLE FEES <br />From time to time, Licensee may request assistance with matters regarding the Site. Without <br />limiting the generality of the foregoing, Licensor cost amounts recoverable by Licensor <br />hereunder shall consist of reasonable and satisfactorily documented applicable engineering, <br />construction, supervision, and administrative overheads, transportation, employee expenses, <br />reproduction and/or graphic services, supplies, telephone service, and other expenses. All <br />costs shall be documented in sufficient detail when invoiced to Licensee. <br />5.5 INTEREST <br />If Licensee fails to pay any fee within thirty (30) days of when due, such amount will bear <br />interest until paid at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or at the highest <br />rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. <br />5.6 LATE FEE <br />If Licensee fails to pay any fee within thirty (30) days of when due, Licensor may require that <br />Licensee pay to Licensor a late fee of $150 per month until the payment is received.
