<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4161-26 <br /> <br />An ORDINANCE to amend and close a special improvement project entitled “South Police Precinct <br />Locker Room Renovation Project”, Fund 342, Program 032, as Established by Ordinance No. 3877-22 <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The special improvement project South Police Precinct Locker Room Renovation Project, Fund <br />342, Program 032, was established to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> <br />B. The purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished. <br /> <br />C. There are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br />received. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance 3877-22 which reads as follows: <br /> <br />The sum of $400,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 032, “South Police Precinct <br />Locker Room Renovation Project” as follows: <br /> <br />A. Use of Funds <br />Design & Construction Administration $ 30,000 <br />Construction $370,000 <br /> Total $400,000 <br /> <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br />Fund 342, Program 032 (CIP-1) $400,000 <br /> Total Estimated Funds $400,000 <br /> <br />
