<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2026 ORDINANCE: South Police Precinct Locker Room Renovation Project <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />The sum of $447,850 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 032, “South Police Precinct <br />Locker Room Renovation Project”, as follows: <br /> <br />A. Use of Funds <br /> Design & Construction Administration $ 30,000 <br /> Construction $ 417,850 <br /> Total Costs $ 447,850 <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br />Fund 342, Program 032 (CIP-1) $ 447,850 <br /> Total Funds $ 447,850 <br /> <br />C. The appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year to year until <br />fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the <br />necessity of re-appropriation. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the special improvement fund, Fund 342, Program 032 for the “South Police Precinct <br />Locker Room Renovation Project” be closed. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the final revenues and expenses for the “South Police Precinct Locker Room Renovation <br />Project”, Fund 342, Program 032, are as follows: <br /> <br />A. Expenses <br /> Design & Construction $ 447,850 <br /> Total Expenses $ 447,850 <br />B. Source of Funds <br />Fund 342, Program 032 (CIP-1) $ 447,850 <br /> Total Funds $ 447,850 <br /> <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary <br />corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener’s/clerical errors, <br />references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers, and any internal references. <br /> <br />Section 5. The City Council hereby declares that should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, or <br />phrase of this ordinance be declared invalid for any reason, it is the intent of the City Council that it
