y' <br /> • ♦ <br /> Ninth: All persons ( except police or other officers/ <br /> whose duty it is to make arrests) who shall carry upon their persons <br /> any concealed weapon, consisting of a revolver, pistol or other fire- <br /> arm, or any knife other than an ordinary pocket knife, or any dirk <br /> or dagger, slingshot or metal knuckles, or any other instrument used <br /> as a weapon. <br /> Tenth: DRAWING AND AXIIIBITING WAAPON: All persons (except <br /> peace officers, as aforesaid) who shall draw, exhibit or attempt to <br /> use any deadly weapon upon, to,or against another person in said <br /> city with intent to do bodily injury to such person, or to intimidate <br /> such person, except in lawful defense of person or property. <br /> Aleventh: FIRING WiiAPONS: All persons (except peace <br /> officers , as aforesaid, engaged in the lawful discharge of their <br /> duty, and persons practicing at target shooting in a shooting gallery) <br /> who shall, within the city, fire off or discharge any bomb, gun, <br /> pistol, or firearm of any kind, except in lawful defense of person <br /> or property. <br /> Thirteenth: DISCHARGING FIRACP.ACKARS AND .r PLOSIVN;S: Any <br /> person who shall fire, discharge, explode or set off any squib, fire- <br /> cracker, torpedo, or other thing containing powder or other explosive <br /> materials in the city of . verett. <br /> Fourteenth: INPr,'RSONATING POLIO: Any person who shall <br /> falsely represent any of the members of the Police Department of this <br /> city, or who shall with intent to deceive, use or immitate any of the <br /> signs, signals or devices adopted and used by the Police Department, <br /> or who shall wear in public the uniform, badges, or insignia prescrib- <br /> ed to be worn by the police officials of said city. <br /> Fifteenth: ANNOYING F. ALAS: Any male person who shall <br /> wilfully annoy, bother, molest, insult, or offer any affront to any <br /> female person. <br /> Sixteenth: MALICIOUS MISCHIEF: Any person who for the <br /> purpose of annoyance or mischief shall place in any doorway or on <br /> any sidewalk, street or alley in said city, any box, barrel, cask, or <br /> other thing, or who shall remove, interfere with, carry away, or <br />
