1 F + to any person peddling fruits , vegetables , berries , butter, milk, eggs, farm produce or edibles caught, raised, produced or manufactur- ed by such person. Section 3: Hawkers selling or offering for sale baloons, canes or fans, shall pay a license fee of three (*3.00) dollars per day; hawkers selling or offering for sale fruit, vegetables or other edibles shall pay a license fee of twenty-five (*25.00) dollars per month, and no such license shall be issued for less than one month; hawkers selling or offering to sell any other kind or sort of goods, wares or merchandise shall pay a license fee of =fifteen ( 15.0..) Dollars per day. Section 4: Peddlers traveling with wagon, cart or vehicle drawn by two or more animals , or with any motor vehicle, shall be deemed peddlers of the first class; peddlers traveling with wagon drawn by one horse or animal, shall be deemed peddlers of the second class; and peddlers traveling on foot or on bicycles shall be. deemed peddlers of the third class. First class peddlers shall pay a license fee of one hundred ($100) dollars per quarter, or five ($5.00) dol- lars per day; second class peddlers, seventyfive ($75.00) dollars per quarter or four (34.00) dollars per day; third class peddlers fifty (*50.0o) dollars per quarter or three ($3.00) dollars per day. Section 5: It shall be unlawful for any hawker or peddler, whether licensed or not, using a wagon or other vehicle in selling goods, wares or merchandise, to occupy any block or portion thereof on Hewitt Avenue in said city,for a period of time longer than ten (10) minutes in any two consecutive hours , for the purpose of selling any goods , wares or merchandise, and it shall be unlawful for any such hawker or peddler to permit such wagon or vehicle to remain standing within seventy-five (75 ) feet of the intersection of Hewitt Avenue with any other street for the purpose of selling any goods, wares or merchandise. Section 6: . Ho such license shall authorize the sale of prize packages or the distribution of any article or thing in any �� form of chance or lot.
