February 25, 2026 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8275 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,892,239.64 for the period ending February 7, 2026. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – LEASE AT EVERETT STATION <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to execute the Lease Agreement with Cedar View Law at Everett <br />Station. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - WATER QUALITY RETROFIT/IMPROVEMENTS GRANT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. WQC-2022-EverPW-00030 <br />with Ecology to extend the grant expiration date. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - TEMPORARY MEDICAL OVERSIGHT SERVICES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Temporary Medical Oversight Services Agreement at a cost <br />of $5960 per month. <br /> <br />JOB COMPLETE - WATER FILTER PLANT AIR SCOUR BUILDING REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />To accept the Water Filter Plant Air Scour Building Replacement project as complete and <br />authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED - COPE GILLETTE THEATRE LEASE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to execute Lease Amendment No. 4 to the Cope Gillette Theatre Lease <br />between Village Theatre and City of Everett. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – 2026 4TH OF JULY FESTIVAL AND FIREWORKS SHOW <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the 2026 Agreement with Western Display Fireworks, LTD in <br />the amount of $100,000. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members Tuohy and Bader <br />who were excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />
