Sullivan Park Dock Repairs <br />Subject: Amendment No. 2: Additional Construction Administration <br />Dear Ms. Huggins: <br />We are pleased to submit the following proposal for additional construction administration services, <br />and attendance at the pre-bid walkthrough meeting at Thornton A. Sullivan Park for the Dock Repair <br />Project. This letter serves as a supplement to our referenced agreement. The terms and conditions <br />established by the agreement are unchanged except as noted below. <br />A.SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Reid Middleton will provide the following services: <br />1.Attendance of one engineer at the pre-bid walkthrough meeting for the Thornton A. <br />Sullivan Park Dock Repair Project. <br />2.Construction Phase Services <br />a.Answer questions prior to the preconstruction meeting. <br />b.Respond to Requests for Information <br />c.Perform two site observations during construction. <br />d.Review technical submittals including material and shop drawing submittals. <br />e.Perform a punchlist walkthrough of the site. <br />f.Attend telephone coordination calls as requested. <br />3.Drawing Revisions; Reid Middleton will visit the site prior to the bid advertisement to <br />update the design drawings to reflect the current condition of the floating docks. <br />4.Assumptions: <br />a.There are no deliverables or meeting follow-up required.
