Ms. Lolly Huggins <br />City of Everett Parks & Facilities <br />August 15, 2025 <br />242024.005 <br />Page 2 <br />B.COMPENSATION <br />Reid Middleton shall be paid a fee not to exceed four thousand nine hundred seventy-eight <br />dollars ($4,978). <br />We request the budget for the project be increased by $4,978 to reflect this revised scope of <br />services. The amended total for the agreement, inclusive of all supplements, increases from <br />$34,500 to $39,478. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to submit this proposed supplemental agreement. The terms of this <br />agreement will become effective when confirmed by your signature within 30 days. If you wish to <br />pursue this project after that time, this agreement may then be renegotiated. If the terms are <br />acceptable, please sign your acceptance below and return one executed copy to Reid Middleton.
