NOTICE AND ORDER <br /> EVERETT Case Number: CE22-1050 <br /> WASHINGTON Date: 1/14/2025 <br /> City of Everett Code Enforcement Unit <br /> 3200 Cedar Street•Everett,WA 98201 <br /> 425.257.8560•CodeEnforcement@everettwa.gov <br /> NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND ORDER TO CORRECT EMC 1.20.120 <br /> The Responsible Person(s) and Property identified below have been determined by the City to be in <br /> violation of the Everett Municipal Code (EMC or Code)as specified herein.This Notice of Violation and <br /> Order to Correct ("Notice and Order" or "Notice") is issued and enforceable under the authority of <br /> Chapter 1.20 EMC and other applicable Code sections. <br /> DATE OF ISSUANCE:1/14/2025 DATE OF VIOLATION:1/14/2025 <br /> RESPONSIBLE PERSON(S)CITED:(individually and jointly) <br /> MARCIA L&MICHAEL HALL <br /> 6901 BEVERLY BLVD <br /> EVERETT,WA 98203-5227 <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: <br /> MARCIA L&MICHAEL HALL <br /> 6901 BEVERLY BLVD <br /> EVERETT,WA 98203-5227 <br /> LOCATION OF THE VIOLATIONS: The Property is located at 6901 BEVERLY BLVD, Everett,Washington and <br /> bears Snohomish County Parcel Number 28050700102100. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF THE VIOLATIONS: The City has found the Responsible Person(s)to have committed,or <br /> allowed to be committed,the following Code Violations at the Property: <br /> An inspection of the property on October 20,2022,revealed the driveway from Beverly Blvd had been <br /> removed and a new driveway from the easement road on the north had been created without a <br /> required Public Works Permit.The detached garage had also been significantly modified without <br /> required permits,including the relocation of the garage doors from the west wall to the north.Some <br /> wall repair had been done to replace water damaged wood and some electrical wiring MAY have been <br /> modified without permit. <br /> Inspection of the property,and the permit history,on January 10, 2025,revealed the owners had failed <br /> to gain any of the required permits and the violations remain. <br /> The unpermitted alterations to the garage structure without required permits and approvals are <br /> violations of the International Residential Code(IRC)105.1,Permits required,and renders the <br /> Notice and Order Page 1 of 5 <br />
