Section 2: That the grade of Pine Street in the city of Everett, from Twenty-sixth Street to ralifornia Street, be and the same is hereby established, altered and changed to the following grade: Both curbs south line of Twenty-sixth Street 181.00; east curb north line of Everett Avenue, 179 22; west curb north line of Everett Avenue , 179.66; east curb south line of Everett Avenue 179.22; West curb south line of Everett Avenue 179.66; east curb north line of California Street 173.70; west curb north line of California Street 174.50. Section 3: That the grade of Cedar Street in the city of Everett from Twenty-fifth Street to California Street, be and the same is hereby established, altered and changed to the following grade: Both curbs south line of Twenty-fifth Street 193.50; both curbs north line of Everett Avenue 191. 65; both curbs south line of Everett Avenue 191.10; east curb north line of California Street 185.50; west curb north line of California Street 186.00. Section 4: said grades shall- run a uniform grade line between said described points on said Everett Avenue, Pine Street and Cedar Street, and are the curb levels of said grades of said streets and avenues above the datum plane of the city of .Everett as established by Ordinance No.101. Section 5: That all the lands, premises and other property or property rights necessary to be taken, used or damaged in grading and regrading of said Everett Avenue , Pine Street and Cedar Street, and approaches thereto in conformity with such established grades , and construction of viaducts, slopes and retaining walls for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said street, and approaches thereto, be, and the same are hereby condemned and appropriated to the public use for said purpose.
