Athletic Facility Use Provisions - 1 <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />ATHLETIC FACILITY USE PROVISIONS <br /> <br />1. ATHELTIC FACILITIES. <br />A. Athletic Facilities Definition and Schedule. The Athletic Facilities and certain matters <br />regarding Athletic Facilities are described in the box below. Regarding of anything in this <br />Agreement to the contrary, the City does not guarantee any use of any Athletic Facility, and <br />the City has no liability whatsoever for any failure of the City to provide use of Athletic <br />Facilities. <br />The City may provide fields shown in the table below (the “Athletic Facilities”) on the <br />dates and times in the table below. The Parks Department will notify the Facility User of <br />the available dates and times at the Athletic Facilities for scheduling practices and games. <br />The Parks Department has final authority on all scheduling of Athletic Facilities <br />Field Day Time Dates <br />Garfield Monday to <br />Friday <br />Park hours 1st Monday in February - last Friday <br />in Oct. <br />Garfield Saturday Park hours 1st Saturday in February- last <br />Saturday in Oct. <br />Legion Saturday to <br />Sunday <br />Park hours 1st Saturday in March-last Friday in <br />Oct. <br />Jackson Monday to <br />Friday <br />Park hours 1st Monday in February - last Friday <br />in Oct. <br />Phil <br />Johnson <br />Monday to <br />Friday <br />4:00pm- <br />10:00pm <br />1st Monday in February - last Friday <br />in Oct. <br />Phil <br />Johnson <br />Saturday Park hours 1st Saturday in February- last <br />Saturday in Oct. <br />Lights Out. Lights will be turned off no later than 10pm at all Athletic Facilities allocated <br />to Facility User. <br />Phil Johnson Ballfields. <br />• Saturday use at Phil Johnson Ballfields must start no later than 9:30am. <br />• Lights at Phil Johnson Ballfields will be managed by an automatic timer. The lights <br />will automatically be shut off at 10pm. <br />• Field allocation will be determined by the City and will be based on community <br />need. Allocation will be determined to account for community need and will be <br />equitably assessed to optimize available play. <br />No Use Dates. All Athletic Facilities are subject to no-use dates. These dates will restrict <br />or eliminate Facility User use on those dates. The City determines no-use dates.
