EVERETT POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION <br />PAGE 30 <br /> <br />19.5.4 It will be the responsibility of EPMA to register all present and new members of the <br />bargaining unit in these programs. Any dividends or financial returns from either of these <br />programs will be forwarded to EPMA. <br />19.5.5 Paid Family Medical Leave Insurance Program (WPFML) <br />The City has chosen and been approved to conduct a voluntary WPFML program for <br />year 2023 and will not deduct premiums from the employee for this program. The City <br />reserves to right to move to the State plan in any given year and negotiate whether it <br />will take the employee’s share of the WPFML premium as established in RCW. If the <br />City changes to the State WPFML plan, the City agrees to negotiate the decision and <br />impacts of such change. <br />
