<br />EVERETT POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION <br />PAGE 36 <br /> <br />ARTICLE 25 - SEVERABILITY <br /> <br /> <br />25.1 Savings Clause. <br /> <br />25.1.1 If any provision of the Agreement should be rendered or declared invalid by any court <br />action or by reason of any subsequent legislation, the remaining parts or portions of <br />this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />25.1.2 Upon invalidation of any article or provision of this Agreement, either party may require <br />the other to enter into collective bargaining over the effects of such judicial or <br />legislative determination. <br />
