EVERETT POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION <br />PAGE 37 <br />ARTICLE 26 - DURATION <br />26.1 General. <br />26.1.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the first day of January 2026 and shall remain <br />in full force and effect through the last day of December 2028. Any one Article may <br />be opened if mutually agreed to by both parties. If agreement is not reached within <br />30 days, the Article or Articles will remain in force as written.
