EVERETT POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION <br />PAGE 7 <br />ARTICLE 5 - DUES CHECK OFF <br /> <br /> <br />5.1 General. <br /> <br />5.1.1 Upon receipt of a written and signed form from the employee authorizing payroll <br />deduction, the City shall each month deduct EPMA dues and assessments from the <br />employee's wages in the manner prescribed by law. The amount so deducted shall be <br />mailed each month to EPMA. If the employee is on workers compensation, voluntary <br />deductions might not be completely funded. <br />5.1.2 Payroll deduction errors shall be adjusted within 30 days after they become known and <br />the EPMA, any employee, or the City shall refund to the other any amounts paid, <br />received, or withheld in error. <br />
