March 11, 2026 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., March 11, 2026, <br />by President Schwab. <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Weir, Rhyne, Schwab, Zarlingo, Bader, and <br />Tuohy were present. Mayor Franklin and Council Member Burbano were excused. <br />Council Member Weir led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Council Member Tuohy recited the land acknowledgement. <br />MAYOR <br />Mayor Franklin was excused. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the March 4, 2026, meeting were approved. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />The following members of the public spoke: Dave Haberl, Steve Oss, Christina Sabella, and Carra <br />Wetzel Chubb. <br />COUNCIL <br />Council Member Tuohy thanked the public commenters this evening. She also requested a staff <br />update on the City L&I benefits administrator, Corvel. <br />Council Member Weir commented on her attendance at the Cultural Arts Commission and <br />Riverside Neighborhood meetings. <br />Council Member Rhyne thanked the public commenters. <br />President Schwab commented on his attendance at the South Forest Park Neighborhood meeting <br />and stated a District 3 Town Hall is being scheduled for April.
