March 11, 2026 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson provided a legislative update. Discussion ensued <br />with Jennifer and David Hall, Legal, answering Council questions regarding bills passed in this <br />legislative session. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Bader, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8281 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$6,107,847.92 for the period of February 21, 2026, through February 27, 2026. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8282 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $6,004,656.44 for the period ending February 21, 2026. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – JETTY ISLAND FERRY SERVICE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 7 to contract 2018-009 for Jetty Island Ferry <br />Service to Argosy LP as substantially provided. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - 2025-041 TYPE III AMBULANCE <br /> <br />To authorize the Request for Proposal 2025-041 Type III Ambulance. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – COLLECTIVE BARGAINING WITH EPMA <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and the <br />Everett Police Management Association. <br />
