Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />2003 International Residential Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or <br />Washington State Energy Code 2004 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be <br />necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of <br />drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br />1. Verify dimensions at entry, stairs and half -bath, it appears to be too narrow to meet <br />minimum requirements for width. The wall separating the half -bath and garage needs <br />to be 2 x 6 construction. <br />2. Protect appliances located in the garage from vehicle impact. <br />3. Provide a safety glass at hazardous locations as defined in Section R308 IRC. Show <br />on plans. <br />4. Show required handrail on stairs. The handrail is required to be continuous for the <br />entire length of the run. Show handrail at stairs into garage. <br />5. Provide size and spacing of framing members on detail E on Sheet 4. Specify R-21 <br />insulation. <br />6.
