• <br /> .. <br /> of conviction for the violation of the provisions .of <br /> this ordinance where the judgment of the court has been that the <br /> place of business be closed for any length of time to furnish said <br /> commissioner of safety a certified copy of said order or judgment. <br /> For a second violation of any of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance, in addition -to the fine or imprisonment provided above, <br /> if the ordinance is violated by the holder of any license or by any <br /> of his employes , the court shall make an order closing said place <br /> of business for three months, .and thereupon the city attorney shall <br /> furnish the commissioner of safety with a certified copy of said <br /> order, and the commissioner of safety shall proceed as upon con- <br /> viction for the first violation of this ordinance. If any employe <br /> of any licensed liquor dealer is convicted a second time for viol- <br /> ating any of the provisions of this ordinance, the license of said <br /> employe shall be thereupon revoked, and no other license shall <br /> ever be granted to such employe in such capacity with any licensed <br /> liquor dealer. <br /> For a third violation of any of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance, in addition to the fine or imprisonment above provided, <br /> if the ordinance is violated by the holder of any license, or any <br /> of his employes, the court shall make an order closing said place <br /> of business permanently and cancelling and' revoking said license, <br /> and thereupon the city attorney shall furnish the commissioner of <br /> safety a certified copy of such order, and the commissioner of <br /> safety shall proceed to close said place of business permanently, <br /> and thereafter no license shall be granted for such location for a <br /> period of two years. <br /> Section 7: WH P$AS, Said Ordinance No. 1473 should be amend <br /> ed before any more licenses are issued, an emergency •is declared to <br /> exist and this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and pub- <br /> 3 i c a t i o r_. <br /> Passed NOV 2 5 1913 Mayor..Attest _.._ <br /> ..2 <br /> t Clerk.. <br /> Published N0 27 1913 <br />
