all candy factories , fish markets , meat markets and bakeries, shall <br /> have good and proper screens at all openings in such places where <br /> flies or other insects can enter., for the purpose of excluding such <br /> insects from said. places. <br /> Section 4: No decayed matter of any kind shall be allowed <br /> to remain in any receptacle wherein are kept any fruits, meats, <br /> vegetables or other food for sale. <br /> Section 5: No meats, fish, game,vegetables , fruits or <br /> other foodstuffs prepared or unprepared shall be kept for sale in <br /> any room in which a toilet is located, or in any room opening <br /> directly into a toilet room, unless there is outside ventilation <br /> to such toilet room. <br /> Section 6 • In every place where meats, fish, vegetables,. <br /> fowls, fruits, groceries, or any other food for human beings shall <br /> be kept for sale, there shall be in the room or rooms where the <br /> business is carried on, where there is a pablic water supply, at <br /> least one running water faucet, with lavatory conveniences for the <br /> use of employees. <br /> Section 7: No baking of bread, cakes or pies, or manufact- <br /> ure of candy, or cooking of food for sale, shall be done in any <br /> cellar, basement, or other room unless there be direct ventilation of <br /> the same. <br /> Section 8: flour, meal and other cereal products shall <br /> be kept in a dry, airy room or rooms, so arranged that the floors <br /> and other facilities for storing the same can be easily cleaned and <br /> kept clean. <br /> Section 9: Where persons employed in a bakery sleep on <br /> the premises, their sleeping quarters shall be separate from all <br /> rooms where flour, meal, or manufactured baker's goods are kept or <br /> stored. And every person delivering bread or any other bakery product <br /> from any wagon or cart shall keep with such wagon or cart one or <br />
