to all factories for the manufacture and sale of ice cream, confect- <br /> ionery and soft drinks , and all premises occupied by street vendors <br /> in the manufacture of tamales, candy and other like articles of <br /> food. <br /> Section 23: The word "person" whenever used in this <br /> ordinance, shall include corporations and the managing agents and <br /> servants thereof. <br /> Section 24: The ventilation of rooms, within the meaning <br /> of this ordinance, shall consist of an opening to the outer air at <br /> each end of such room, said opening to be at least two feet square, <br /> and to be so placed as to produce a free circulation of air in such <br /> room. <br /> Section 25: 'Wagons or cars in which meat or meat food <br /> products are transported shall be kept in a clean and sanitary <br /> condition. The wagons used in transporting loose meat shall be so <br /> closed and covered that the contents shall be kept clean and free <br /> from contamination. <br /> Section 26: Any person or persons , firm or corporation <br /> violating any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall, upon <br /> conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred ($100) <br /> dollars or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding thirty (30) <br /> days , or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> Section 27: WHE +' S: The above regulations are necessary <br /> for the enforcement of proper sanitary regulations in the city of <br /> . verett, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall <br /> take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> Mayor. <br /> Passed OCT 2 81913 <br /> Attest <br /> y 1erk. <br /> Published , . �, .`c�L3 _ <br />
