1 . <br /> same to the place provided for the destruction or other disposition <br /> thereof« <br /> Section 18: No dog shall be allowed in any of the places <br /> of business mentioned in this ordinance, or be brought therein by <br /> any customer thereof. <br /> Section 19: It shall be the duty of the Health Officer <br /> and deputies of the city of . verett, to visit and inspect at frequent <br /> intervals every public or private market, stall, shop, store, ware- <br /> house, cannery, factory, restaurant, cold storage, slaughter-house, <br /> and all other places, and all carts, wagons or other vehicles of <br /> vendors or street hawkers in the city of .iverett, in or from which <br /> any of the articles of food for human beings in this ordinance <br /> mentioned, are manufactured, kept, held, prepared or offered for sale, <br /> and report to the Health Officer any violation of the terms or <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 20: In order to enable the said Health Officer <br /> and his deputies to make the inspections herein provided for,they <br /> shall have access to all parts of any building where business of the <br /> kind contemplated by this ordinance is carried on, at all reasonable <br /> hours. <br /> Section 21: Whenever the Health Officer or his deputies <br /> shall find in or about any of the places or vehicles mentioned in <br /> Section 19 hereof, any unhealthy, diseased, unwholesome, or deleter- <br /> ious food stuffs of the kind mentioned in this ordinance he may give <br /> notice to the o\ ner or manager of such place to at once remove the <br /> said food stuffs to such place as he may designate and there destroy <br /> the same; and such owner or manager shall at once remove such food <br /> stuffs to the place designated and destroy the same, or such Health <br /> Officer or his deputies may seize such food stuffs and destroy the <br /> same. <br /> Section 22: The provisions of this ordinance shall apply <br />
