<br /> <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />• Post-Match Activation: Approximately 1–2 hours following match conclusion <br />Final run-of-show will be coordinated with the City and production team. <br /> <br />Scope of Services and Deliverables <br />1. Entertainment Consulting and Program Development <br />SCMP will: <br />• Develop an overall entertainment concept in partnership with City <br />• Collaborate with City staff to align programming with event goals, audience, and <br />brand <br />• Prepare and submit an entertainment plan for City approval <br />Deliverables: <br />• Written Entertainment Concept Summary (theme, tone, audience approach) <br />• Talent Recommendations List (by date, with estimated costs) <br />• Draft Run-of-Show for each event date (entertainment segments only) <br />• Budget Allocation Plan demonstrating distribution of the not-to-exceed amount <br />across dates and talent <br />• Participation in up to two (2) planning meetings with City staff <br />• One (1) round of revisions based on City feedback <br />Approval Requirement: <br />City approval is required prior to booking or contracting talent. <br /> <br />2. Talent Booking and Coordination <br />Upon City approval, SCMP will: <br />• Book and contract all approved talent <br />• Manage artist communications, logistics, and scheduling <br />• Coordinate programming across all event dates <br />• Deliver all entertainment as approved
