Stage Management and Production Coordination <br />SCMP will: <br />• Provide stage coordination and on-site management <br />• Coordinate with AV and production vendors <br />• Manage stage schedules, transitions, and load-in/load-out <br />Deliverables: <br />• Artist advancing documentation, including technical needs <br />• Stage plots and input lists for each act (as applicable) <br />• Final Stage Run-of-Show integrated with event schedule <br />• Load-in / Load-out Schedule coordinated with production team <br />• On-site Stage Manager presence during all entertainment programming <br />• Real-time coordination of stage transitions and schedule adherence <br />• Participation in production coordination meetings as required <br /> <br />4. Emcee / Host Services <br />SCMP will: <br />• Provide emcees/hosts for each event date <br />• Support crowd engagement, announcements, and sponsor recognition
